一、文明运行模式
做功型文明
Work-Driven Civilization
定义：
做功型文明，是指主要依靠持续做功、长期积累、工程组织、基础设施建设、制度动员和生产能力提升，来创造富余、抵御风险并维系长期存续的文明类型。
核心含义：
做功型文明的强项是创造富余，难题是如何承接富余。
English note:
A work-driven civilization is a civilizational type whose long-term survival and expansion depend on organized work, cumulative effort, infrastructure building, engineering capacity, institutional mobilization, and the continuous creation of productive surplus.
稳态敛生型文明
Endowment-Based Civilization
定义：
稳态敛生型文明，是指主要依靠自然禀赋、低能耗生活、本土节律、共同体稳定和较低强度生产来维持长期存续的文明类型。
核心含义：
它不天然追求持续工业增殖，也不必然把高强度生产组织作为社会第一目标。
English note:
A Endowment-Based Civilization is a civilizational type that maintains long-term stability through low-intensity production, local rhythms, communal continuity, and relative alignment with natural conditions.
汲取型敛生文明
Global Rentier Civilization
定义：
汲取型敛生文明，是指不承担完整内生生产成本，而通过外部资源、外部市场、外部劳动、外部规则、外部秩序和全球接口维系核心收益的文明类型。
核心含义：
它不一定生产最多，却掌握金融、规则、技术标准、平台、通道、市场准入、法律秩序和全球定价权，从而把外部世界纳入自身核心收益循环。
English note:
A global rentier civilization sustains its core advantages by drawing value from external resources, markets, labor, rules, order, and global interfaces, rather than by bearing the full cost of internal production.
二、中国问题主轴
做功机器
Work-Driven Machine
定义：
做功机器，是指中国制度和社会结构更擅长组织生产、建设、工程、教育、产业、就业、风险抵御和长期积累，而不是以个人消费释放为默认中心。
核心含义：
中国不是不能消费，而是制度惯性首先会把压力转化为建设任务、生产任务和组织任务。
English note:
A work-driven machine refers to an institutional and social system primarily oriented toward production, construction, engineering, employment, risk resistance, and long-term accumulation, rather than toward the release of individual consumption.
消费机器
Consumption Machine
定义：
消费机器，是指以个人消费释放、欲望满足、信用扩张、服务消费和即时生活体验为主要承接方式的社会运行系统。
核心含义：
它不是中国制度的底层默认设置，因此不能简单假设中国可以直接复制西方消费社会的承接方式。
English note:
A consumption machine is a social system whose demand structure and circulation depend primarily on individual consumption, credit expansion, service consumption, and the release of private desire.
生产过剩
Overproduction
定义：
生产过剩，是传统经济语言中对“产能超过现有承接体系”的表层描述。
核心含义：
生产过剩让人看见危机，但容易把问题压低成普通经济周期或产能周期。

Overproduction refers to the conventional economic description of productive capacity exceeding the existing system of demand and absorption.
生产富余
Productive Surplus
定义：
生产富余，是指中国第一次在技术和工业能力上突破贫穷之后，生产能力越过原有消费承接体系而形成的历史性富余。
核心含义：
生产过剩是问题的表层语言；生产富余是历史的深层语言。
生产过剩让人看见危机，生产富余让人看见入口。

Productive surplus refers to a historical condition in which productive capacity has surpassed the existing systems of social, domestic, and external absorption. It is not merely overproduction, but a threshold created by the successful expansion of productive forces.
组织富余
Organization of Productive Surplus
定义：
组织富余，是指把已经形成的生产富余重新组织成人民生活、公共保障、低生活成本、基本风险下降、人的自由发展和文明长期自我运转体系的能力。
核心含义：
真正的问题不是如何简单消灭过剩，而是如何把生产富余组织成新的生活结构、社会结构和文明闭环。

承接能力
Absorptive Capacity
定义：
承接能力，是指一个社会、市场或文明体系，把生产能力转化为收入、消费、利润、税收、公共服务、安全感、长期预期和再生产能力的综合能力。
核心含义：
有需求，不等于有承接能力；有人口，不等于购买力；有基建缺口，不等于稳定回款。
English note:
Absorptive capacity is the ability of a society, market, or civilizational system to convert productive capacity into income, consumption, profit, fiscal capacity, public services, security, expectations, and long-term reproduction.

外部变现
External Value Realization
定义：
外部变现，是指中国工业体系通过海外市场，把生产能力转化为订单、利润、现金流、技术影响、金融回款和外部循环的能力。
核心含义：
外部变现不是简单出口，而是生产能力在外部世界完成价值实现、回款、利润回流和循环再生产的过程。

External value realization refers to the ability of an industrial system to convert production into orders, profits, cash flow, capital return, technological influence, and external circulation through overseas markets.
约束变现
Constrained Value Realization
定义：
约束变现，是指不直接摧毁中国生产端，而是通过市场准入、技术规则、金融合规、安全叙事、地缘风险、舆论标签和供应链重组，提高中国工业体系外部回款与利润转化的摩擦。
核心含义：
西方不需要摧毁中国生产，只需要让中国外部变现更慢、更贵、更碎、更不确定。

Constrained value realization refers to the strategic restriction of an industrial system’s ability to convert production into external revenue, profit, return, and reinvestment, without directly destroying its productive base.
市场战
Market Warfare
定义：
市场战，是指通过市场准入、规则、标准、金融、合规、产业安全、舆论和地缘风险等低烈度方式，长期拖慢中国外部变现和闭环形成的竞争方式。
核心含义：
市场战不是突然打垮，而是长期变慢；不是让中国不能生产，而是让中国越生产，越必须面对承接问题。
English note:
Market warfare is a low-intensity, long-duration form of competition that uses market access, rules, standards, finance, compliance, security narratives, and geopolitical friction to slow external value realization and civilizational loop formation.
跨国家核心保全联盟
Transnational Core-Preservation Alliance
定义：
跨国家核心保全联盟，是指由美元金融、科技平台、军工能源、法律规则、资本市场、技术标准、媒体叙事、大学智库、情报安全结构和跨代精英再生产机制共同构成的西方核心结构。
核心含义：
它不必保证每一个国家、地区、产业和阶层都健康，只要核心节点不被打穿，体系就仍然可以延续。

四、闭环系统
闭环
Civilizational Loop
定义：
闭环，是一个文明把生产、技术、金融、秩序、安全、生活承接和价值叙事组织成长期自我运转体系的能力。
核心含义：
闭环不是经济小循环，不是单纯国内循环，也不是某个产业链的完整配套。
文明竞争的真正形态，是打破对方闭环，并建立自己的闭环。
English note:
A civilizational loop is the capacity of a civilization to organize production, technology, finance, order, security, social absorption, and value narrative into a durable self-reinforcing system.
旧闭环
Legacy Loop
定义：
旧闭环，是中国过去依靠房地产、土地财政、城市化、地方建设、金融扩张、家庭资产预期和外部市场共同形成的增长承接体系。
核心含义：
旧闭环曾经有效，但它的边际能力正在下降。
房地产不是中国问题的本体，而是旧闭环到顶的显影。

新闭环
New Civilizational Loop
定义：
新闭环，是中国在旧外部变现路径走窄、旧内部承接器退潮后，把生产富余组织成人民生活、公共保障、低生活成本、基本风险下降、人的自由发展和文明长期自我运转体系的能力。
核心含义：
新闭环不是恢复旧承接器，而是把生产富余重新组织成生活、秩序和未来预期。

内部闭环
Internal Loop
定义：
内部闭环，是指生产成果能够在中国内部转化为居民收入、消费能力、企业利润、就业机会、公共服务、家庭安全感和长期预期的循环能力。
核心含义：
真正的内部闭环不是“生产很多”，而是生产、工资、消费、利润、就业、税收、公共服务、家庭安全感和再生产之间能够持续回流。

外部闭环
External Loop
定义：
外部闭环，是指中国出海不再只是卖货、建项目、转移产能，而是形成卖得出去、收得回来、守得住、转得久的外部秩序能力。
核心含义：
卖货不是闭环；建项目不是闭环；产能出海也不是闭环。
外部闭环必须同时具备市场、回款、安全、治理和长期循环能力。

An external loop is a durable overseas circulation that goes beyond exports, projects, or capacity relocation. It requires market access, payment recovery, security, governance, and long-term continuity.
五、边界与误读防线
真顶
True Ceiling
定义：
真顶，是生产力在充分开放、充分承接、低成本循环条件下抵达的自身极限。
核心含义：
如果是真顶，只能接受衰减。
English note:
A true ceiling is the actual limit of productive capacity under conditions of open circulation, sufficient absorption, and low-cost systemic reproduction.
假顶
Artificial Ceiling
定义：
假顶，是外部市场被压缩、规则被重组、变现端被扰动、旧有增长机器边际下降之后，旧承接方式提前失效所制造出的阶段性上限。
核心含义：
中国今天碰到的不是绝对真顶，而是博弈条件制造的假顶。
更准确地说，中国不是生产力到顶，而是旧闭环到顶。

道术边界
Principle–Technique Boundary
定义：
道术边界，是指文章不替执行层开政策处方，不替地方、财政、央行、产业部门或市政系统写具体方案，而只负责规定方向、层级和问题结构。
核心含义：
道不替代术，但道规定术的方向。
没有术，道无法落地；没有道，术只会变成局部修补。
English note:

共产主义入口
Threshold of Communism
定义：
共产主义入口，不是宣布共产主义已经到来，也不是提供具体制度方案，而是指当生产富余被成功组织成文明闭环后，人类长期梦想中的按需分配才可能作为历史结果逐渐显现。
核心含义：
它不是口号入口，而是生产富余、文明闭环与人的自由发展之间形成历史连接的入口。
文章不说门后已经有完整答案。文章只说：门已经出现。
